Label News 04/01/2025

Yo!

Going into 2025, this label will go through some changes in order to improve and keep releases more consistent in the new year:

1. We are no longer accepting artist demo submissions and from now on, we will only put out releases individually, one at a time instead of signing artists fully and releasing all their work. Previously signed artists prior to the new year are not affected by this.

2. To replicate one of the elements of the old-school, we are now only putting out full songs longer than 2 minutes each. Preferably, we would put out releases with an average track length of 3+ minutes (except for intros, interludes and outros), to make sure that your music fits our Release Brackets. 3. The weekly Mixcloud show "Flavasessions" will be hosted on Saturdays instead of Fridays, but will still be the same 1-hour mix as usual. (stream the last 13 sets archived here)

4. The cassette series "Dubtapes" will be more active. (read more about the series here)
